Role Description The Legal Internship at Loanclosure.in is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. Interns will assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to loan closure and associated matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting basic legal research, supporting senior legal professionals in analyzing legal issues, and helping prepare documentation for clients and financial institutions. Interns will communicate with internal teams and, under guidance,



may interact with clients to clarify documentation requirements or procedural steps. The role offers hands-on experience in practical law application, legal documentation, and exposure to financial sector regulations.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Law and an interest in financial and contract-related legal work.
• Ability to assist with Legal Consulting tasks, including analyzing straightforward Legal Issues under supervision.
• Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and reviewing basic legal documents.
• Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clarity and professionalism.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B or equivalent).
