Role Description The Member role at iEnergizer is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. Members handle day-to-day customer interactions through phone, chat, or email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and providing accurate information in line with client processes and quality standards. The role includes documenting interactions, updating customer records, and following defined workflows and scripts while meeting productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets. Members collaborate with team leads and colleagues, participate in training and coaching sessions, and share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and skilled customer interaction.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to manage queries, handle objections, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer literacy, including typing skills, use of CRM or contact center tools, and comfort with learning new software.
