Krust Café is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Barista to join our team.
Experience: 2–4 years
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees and other beverages.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and beverage quality.
• Operate coffee equipment and ensure proper machine maintenance.
• Guide and train junior baristas.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and café beverage standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive café experience.
Candidates with robust knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso equipment and café operations are preferred.
