Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for guiding prospective learners and families through the admissions process across Deeksha’s programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate information about courses, campuses, and admission criteria, and supporting applicants in completing forms and documentation. The role involves conducting campus tours, participating in admission events, seminars, and school outreach activities, and maintaining detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using Deeksha’s systems. The Admissions Counselor will collaborate closely with academic and marketing teams to align messaging, address applicant concerns, and contribute to achieving enrollment targets while ensuring a positive, supportive experience for all prospective learners.
