? Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Work on C2C, W2, and C2H requirements.
• Recruit for Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and other IT technologies.
• Perform Boolean searches, resume screening, and candidate submissions.
• Coordinate interviews, client follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
• Understand US work authorizations and client-specific requirements.
? Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in US IT staffing.
• Solid sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad during US night shift hours.
