Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate leads through calls, social media, college connections, and other channels.
• Promote the company's training programs, courses, internships, and placement assistance services.
• Contact students, fresh graduates, and potential customers to explain program benefits.
• Convert prospective leads into course enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Build partnerships with colleges, educational institutions,



and other organizations.
• Maintain daily lead records, call reports, follow-up details, and enrollment updates.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase enrollments and business growth.

Language Requirements• Hindi – Mandatory: Must be able to communicate fluently in Hindi.

• Telugu – Basic proficiency required.
• Tamil – Basic proficiency required.

Candidates must be comfortable communicating with students and prospective customers in Hindi. Basic Tamil and Telugu communication skills are also required.
