Zonal Business Manager – Operations

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Business Manager to lead café operations across the assigned zone. The role involves driving business growth, improving operational performance, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and overall business performance across the zone.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Area Coaches to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor café performance, customer experience, food quality, and service standards.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage operating costs, budgets, and resource utilization to improve profitability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational SOPs, food safety, and compliance standards.




• Work closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Training, and other functions, to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer complaints and operational challenges promptly.
• Identify training needs, drive continuous improvement, and implement action plans to improve business performance.
• Share regular business performance updates and reports with senior management.

Candidate Profile
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Graduation from a regular, full-time college is mandatory. Distance education or correspondence degrees will not be considered.
• 10-15 years of relevant overall experience
• Experience in managing multi-location operations, leading teams, and driving sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
