1. Role Overview

We are looking for a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Process & Performance Analyst to support operational excellence, process standardization, performance management, and continuous improvement across the organization.
The role focuses on strengthening process discipline, improving operational efficiency, monitoring departmental performance, and supporting effective governance and internal controls.
The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business processes, identifying operational gaps, analyzing performance data, preparing management reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely implementation of improvement initiatives.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Process Management & Excellence
• Map, document, review, and standardize business processes across departments and business entities.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, process maps,



checklists, and process manuals.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, control gaps, and opportunities for simplification.
• Monitor adherence to approved SOPs and support corrective actions for identified deviations.
• Maintain a centralized SOP and process repository with appropriate documentation and version control.

B. Performance Management & Analytics
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze departmental performance data.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
• Monitor KPI/KRI achievements, identify deviations, and highlight performance trends.
• Coordinate with department heads and process owners to track performance improvement actions.
