Role Description

The Personal Loan Executive will be responsible for promoting personal loan offerings, interacting with potential clients, and addressing their financial needs. Day-to-day tasks include client outreach, needs assessment, documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires building solid relationships with clients and maintaining thorough market knowledge to provide tailored loan solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.





Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing: Strong skills in customer persuasion, business generation, and market research to identify and attract potential clients.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Loan Processing Knowledge: Familiarity with personal loan products, document verification, credit evaluation, and the overall lending process.
• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing time, maintaining records, and multitasking in a professional setting.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of financial tools, CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in financial services, consultancy, or sales will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
