Role Description The State Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jharkhand, India, responsible for leading state-level operations and sales performance. The person in this role will manage regional sales teams, set and monitor targets, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies in alignment with national goals. Daily activities include overseeing distributor and retailer networks, tracking market trends, reviewing performance metrics,



and implementing initiatives to grow market share and brand visibility. The State Head will collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure product availability, timely responses to market needs, and consistent customer experiences. This role also involves budgeting, reporting, compliance with company policies, and mentoring team members to support their professional development.
