Beehive Farms Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an International Marketing Specialist to expand its global business across coffee, honey, sauces, spices, and ice cream.
We are looking for a qualified with experience in international food sales, export business development, and building relationships with overseas buyers. The role focuses on identifying new markets, acquiring customers, and growing branded and private-label business.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop business opportunities with international importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and foodservice buyers.
• Generate qualified export leads through market research, B2B platforms, trade exhibitions, and direct outreach.
• Present our product portfolio and develop proposals tailored to buyers’ markets, packaging needs, and price expectations.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial enquiry and sampling through commercial negotiation, order confirmation, and repeat business.
• Develop market-specific strategies for coffee, honey, sauces, spices, and ice cream.




• Coordinate with production and quality teams on product specifications, private-label requirements, packaging, and customer approvals.
• Work with export and logistics teams to support documentation, shipment planning, and timely delivery, including cold-chain requirements where applicable.
• Track competitor offerings, pricing, consumer trends, and opportunities in target markets.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and buyer meetings.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and report on enquiries, conversions, revenue, and market development.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of international marketing or export sales experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Relevant experience in one or more of our key categories: coffee, honey, sauces, spices, or ice cream.
