*Key Responsibilities*
1. Lead client discussions, understand requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
2. Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Event Planning & Execution
1. Lead complete planning, including venue selection, production design, logistics, staffing, and operational flow.
2. Develop event timelines, workflows, execution checklists, and contingency plans.
3. Ensure smooth on-ground execution with real-time decision-making and operational clarity.
4. Coordinate with partners, agencies, vendors, and service providers to meet standards and timelines.
5. Manage budgets and optimise resources without compromising delivery quality.
Operational Governance & Risk Management
1. Ensure compliance with regulations, safety requirements, and organisational SOPs.
2. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for smooth execution.
3. Maintain documentation, legal approvals, and operational protocols where required.
Team Leadership
1. Lead internal teams, vendor staff, and volunteers with clarity and structured delegation.
2. Foster a culture of responsibility, discipline, and solution-focused working.
3. Evaluate manpower needs and ensure role alignment for effective execution.
Reporting, Technology & Post-Event Reviews
1. Use event/project management tools to track tasks, progress, and dependencies
