• Program Presentation: Communicate information about technical courses, training modules, curriculum structure, expected learning outcomes, and potential career pathways clearly and professionally.
• Query Resolution: Assist prospective students with questions concerning course content, program duration, admission criteria, training formats, eligibility requirements, and employment prospects.
• Lead Follow-ups and Admission Support: Maintain regular communication with interested candidates, address their concerns,



and facilitate their progression from initial enquiry to registration and enrolment.
• Industry and Market Research: Research the technical education and training sector to identify emerging skill requirements, market developments, competitor offerings, and potential areas for program expansion.
