QA Engineer (Automation + Manual Testing)

Role Summary
You’ll own end-to-end quality for our mobile app (Android/Flutter) and web admin panel. The role is a mix of automation and hands-on manual testing.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain automation suites for the mobile app and web panel
• Do manual testing: functional, regression, smoke, exploratory and UAT
• Write and maintain test plans, test cases and test data
• Test REST APIs using Postman or automated API tests
• Log, track and verify defects in Jira (or a similar tool), and work closely with developers
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Test across devices, OS versions, browsers and network conditions, including offline scenarios
• Check data privacy and access-control behaviour, in line with healthcare compliance standards (DPDP/ABDM)
• Take part in sprint planning and release sign-offs

Required Skills
• 2–5 years in software testing,



with at least 1 years in automation
• Mobile automation with Appium (Flutter integration testing is a plus)
• Web automation with Selenium, Playwright or Cypress
• Scripting in Java, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• API testing with Postman, REST Assured or similar
• Solid manual testing fundamentals and test design techniques
• Familiarity with Git, Jira and CI tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar)
• Good communication and documentation skills

Good to Have
• Experience testing Flutter apps or Firebase/Firestore backends
• Experience testing Bluetooth or medical device integrations
• Exposure to healthcare or regulated-domain products
• Basic performance testing (JMeter, k6) or security testing awareness
• ISTQB certification

Education
B.E./B.Tech/BSc/MCA in Computer Science, IT or a related field
