Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our Bengaluru office and support the effective coordination, monitoring and administration of projects across D&B;'s regional operations.




The role involves working closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Portfolio Leads and Discipline Heads to ensure efficient project execution, resource coordination, documentation, reporting and compliance with project schedules and contractual requirements.
Candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered, with responsibilities aligned to their demonstrated capabilities.
Key Responsibilities• Project Coordination: Support Project Managers and Portfolio Leads in planning, scheduling, tracking and coordinating multiple projects.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Maintain project trackers, monitor milestones, deliverables, deadlines and project progress across assigned portfolios.
• Resource Planning: Assist with resource allocation, workload monitoring, capacity planning and utilisation reporting.
• Timesheet Monitoring: Track timesheet submissions, chargeable and non-chargeable hours, and
