Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including managing staff, ensuring smooth customer service, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.



This role includes supervising deposit and loan processing, monitoring cash operations, and ensuring accurate documentation of transactions. The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving branch business targets, developing local marketing initiatives, and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective members. The position also involves coaching and mentoring team members, resolving escalated customer issues, preparing regular performance reports, and coordinating with head office to align branch activities with organizational goals.
