Job Title: Account Manager - Brand Partnerships

Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow existing brand partnerships, with a strong focus on client retention, renewals, and relationship building. This role will serve as the key point of contact for partner brands post-closure, ensuring smooth execution of committed deliverables, strong stakeholder management, and consistent value delivery that drives repeat business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, robust in client servicing, and comfortable working across internal teams to ensure every campaign is executed seamlessly, reported clearly, and converted into long-term brand relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Own partner relationships end-to-end after commercial closure, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Drive renewals and retention by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and repeat partnership opportunities.
- Act as the bridge between partner brands and internal teams including BD, Operations, Marketing, and Execution.




- Collect and consolidate all brand deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and ownership across campaigns.
- Build and maintain a central tracker for all live campaigns, renewal pipelines, and client commitments.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are planned and executed as agreed, with proactive follow-ups and risk escalation where needed.
- Share timely progress updates, execution summaries, and post-campaign reports with partner brands in a professional manner.
- Maintain all campaign documents, approvals, proofs of execution, and reporting accurately.
- Track brand health, satisfaction, and engagement to improve retention outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to create stronger account plans that support long-term partnerships.
- Follow up on pending payments, outstanding dues, and closure timelines with partner brands.
- Support process improvement by creating clear workflows, trackers, templates, and reporting format
