Job Purpose
Senior CV Sourcing Specialist to drive proactive talent pipelining across Technology and Corporate functions. The role requires strong expertise in search strategies, market mapping, and stakeholder alignment, with a preference for individuals from search firms/consulting environments who are adept at hiring for niche and leadership pipelines.

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Creation
• Build robust, high-quality talent pipelines for Tech (IT, Digital, Engineering) and Corporate roles (Finance, HR, Strategy, Procurement, etc.); extend support to other areas for key roles as needed.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing lifecycle: market research → talent identification → engagement → shortlisting
• Ensure ready-to-convert pipelines aligned to business demand plans
• Market Mapping & Insights
• Conduct deep market intelligence: competitor mapping, talent availability, compensation benchmarks
• Present data-backed insights to TA Partners/Hiring
