Our tech team builds the borrower journeys, partner tools, CRM, bank recommendation engine and automation that run this ecosystem.

Role Summary:
We're hiring a QA Engineer (Level 1) to help us ship reliable releases across the Ruloans web platform, the Ruconnect partner app, our internal CRM and backend APIs. You'll handle structured manual testing and grow into test automation: writing and maintaining UI and API test scripts and plugging them into our release pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements (BRDs, PRDs, user stories).
• Run functional, regression, smoke and sanity testing on web, mobile and API releases.




• Test key lending journeys, such as lead creation, eligibility and CIBIL checks, document upload, application status tracking and DSA commission flows.
• Log, track and retest defects with clear steps to reproduce, severity, screenshots and logs.
• Take part in sprint ceremonies and give QA sign-off before production releases.

QA Documentation & Test Management
• Maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test reports, bug reports, and regression suites.
• Organize test cases using tags for module, priority, test type, platform, and execution status.

Ensure requirement traceability, test coverage, and documentation updates for every release.

Automation
• Write and maintain automated UI test scripts using Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
• Automate REST API tests using Postman/Newman or RestAssured/PyTest.
