Role Description The OT Technician is responsible for supporting safe and efficient operations in the operation theater at Seeds of Innocens IVF & Fertility Centres in Ghaziabad. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing OT rooms before procedures, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized, functional, and available, and assisting the surgical and anesthesia teams during procedures.



The OT Technician maintains strict infection control protocols, handles instrument counts, and supports pre-operative and post-operative patient preparation as directed by medical staff. The role also involves maintaining OT records, coordinating with nursing and administrative teams, and ensuring adherence to hospital safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

• Formal training and certification as an OT Technician or in Operation Theater Technology from a recognized institution.
• Hands-on experience in OT setup, instrument handling, and assisting surgical teams, preferably in IVF, gynecology, or related specialties.
• Solid knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control practices, and safe handling of OT equipment and supplies.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and support staff.
