Role Description The Senior Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Thrissur, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Executive will oversee day-to-day sales and customer engagement activities, including guiding prospective customers through product features, test drives,



and purchase decisions for BYD electric vehicles. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and BYD corporate contacts, managing leads, tracking sales performance, and ensuring timely follow-up and service support. The Senior Executive will also contribute to local marketing initiatives, support showroom events, and maintain high standards of professionalism in customer interactions. This position requires proactive communication, accurate documentation, and consistent alignment with brand guidelines and dealership processes.
