About the Role
We are seeking a proactive IT Administrator to manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support, administer user accounts, and maintain accurate IT asset records. The candidate will ensure smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• IT Asset Management: Create and maintain an updated inventory of laptops, desktops, printers,



peripherals, and other hardware, including asset IDs, serial numbers, and warranty details.
• Employee-Wise Allocation: Maintain records of IT assets allocated to employees, including device specifications, allocation dates, transfers, returns, and current status.
• Laptop & Hardware Audit: Conduct periodic physical audits of laptops and hardware, reconcile inventory with employee allocation records, identify discrepancies, and submit audit reports.
• Email & User Administration: Create, configure, modify, and delete company email IDs; manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights as per approved requests.
• IT Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, operating systems, software, printers, and other hardware. Provide first-level troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
