Tour Assistance India (TAI) provides travel and tourism services, including tour packages, hotel bookings, and transport. We are hiring Business Development Executives in major cities to grow our B2B and B2C business.
Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will find recent business opportunities, convert leads into customers, and build lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and individual travellers. You will be responsible for selling tour packages and travel services and meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate recent business through B2B and B2C channels, including corporate clients, travel agents, and direct customers.




• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Sell tour packages, hotel bookings, transport, and other travel services.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and price negotiations.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
• Work with the Operations and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.

Experience
• 1–3 years in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
