Title: Construction Head / Civil Head

ROLES:

· Responsible to ensure the timely completion of the Projects with the highest standards of quality within the approved timelines and budgets.
· Should imbibe the Brand-philosophy of the Company, and continuously strive towards ensuring perfection, in its practice.
· Shall be most effective in execution of project with innovative and creative ideas to create the best of architectural marvel, quality and technology and complete projects within the shortest time lines and estimated costs.
· Develop the project team to be the best in the field capable of timely execution, delivery of excellent quality, updated with technology and excellent in attitudes.
· Innovation & Creativity. Should remain abreast of latest developments and creatively suggest improvements, towards making Projects more innovative, technology centric and cost effective.

RESPONSIBLITIES:





· The CH shall report to the Director and shall be responsible for the full spectrum of implementation of all projects of Evolve Back entrusted to him from inception to handover.
· Shall collaborate with the architects, consultants and contractors involved in different projects at various locations, to effectively execute the projects.
· Shall schedule each Project with a sequence for purchase of material, manpower resources and fund requirements to ensure that the project is completed on time, with excellent quality within the estimated cost.
· Shall coordinate with all department heads like Procurement, Finance, Operations, HR, Sales or any other concerned for smooth functioning of the project.
· Responsible for preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities), arrive at cost and Estimation for each Project.
