Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Influencer role based in Bengaluru South with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Influencer will create, curate, and publish engaging content across social platforms to build brand awareness around organic food, sustainable farming,



and socially responsible business practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, scripting and recording short-form videos and reels, hosting live sessions, engaging with followers through comments and messages, and collaborating with internal teams to align content with marketing and campaign objectives. The role also involves monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing content strategy to grow audience reach and engagement in a gender-neutral, inclusive manner.
Qualifications
• Ability to create compelling social media content, including short videos, reels, stories, and posts tailored to platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Robust communication skills with a confident on-camera presence, clear spoken and written English, and the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple, engaging way.
