Educational Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from a reputed institute.
• Graduates from reputed IHMs and other recognized hospitality institutions will be preferred.
• Strong academic background and sound knowledge of Food Production are essential.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct theoretical and practical classes for students in the Food Production department.




• Demonstrate various cooking techniques, culinary methods, and kitchen operations.
• Teach Indian, Continental, and other international cuisines.
• Guide students in food preparation, presentation, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
• Ensure proper implementation of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical schedules, and academic assessments.
• Conduct practical examinations and evaluate student performance.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, inventory, and departmental records.
• Mentor students and prepare them for industry internships and professional careers.
• Stay updated with current culinary trends and industry practices.
