Job Description:
Aclean Energies Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, confident and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Solar Energy team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities for Solar EPC projects
Identify and approach potential customers and business clients
Generate leads through market visits, references, networking and other channels
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team
Promote Rooftop & Ground Mount Solar Solutions
Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up with clients
Conduct client meetings and site visits
Convert leads into successful business opportunities
Maintain regular follow-up and sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and yearly business development targets
Explore new markets and contribute to company growth

Required Skills & Knowledge




Good understanding of Solar Energy / Solar EPC
Knowledge of Rooftop & Ground Mount Solar Projects preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent client-handling and convincing abilities
Lead generation and business development skills
Strong follow-up and relationship management
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Qualification & Experience
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Development preferred
1–3 years of experience in BDE / Sales / Business Development
Freshers with strong communication and business development skills can also apply (Girl Preffered)
