We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our team in Mumbai and help scale our patient acquisition efforts.
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketer, you will own the end-to-end digital acquisition funnel. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive high-quality leads for our specialized healthcare services. The ideal candidate loves crunching numbers, thrives on A/B testing, and knows how to balance aggressive growth with efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Management:



End-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Growth & Acquisition: Drive targeted patient acquisition for our core verticals—elder care, home ICU, home dialysis, and clinical diagnostics—while maintaining an optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC.
• Optimization & Testing: Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate daily/monthly ad budgets to maximize ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor daily performance metrics, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and external creative teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business capacity and goals.
