Role Description The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations and coordination for activities in the Pune District office and field sites. This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune District, responsible for supervising team members, tracking project progress,



and ensuring operational targets are met. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing schedules, reporting on performance metrics, and supporting budget and resource planning. The Assistant Manager will help streamline processes, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards. The role also includes collaborating with external stakeholders, supporting farmer programs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Sistema.bio’s mission.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or team supervision, preferably in agriculture, renewable energy, climate solutions, or related impact sectors.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
