Job Responsibilities

• Manage leads through calls, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
• Handle client queries, objections,



and negotiations professionally.
• Convert leads into site visits, bookings, and successful closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and client interactions.
• Stay updated on Gurugram's real estate market and property projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurugram.
• Experience in residential real estate sales will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle, lead conversion, and client handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing
