• Develop relationships with leading builders, architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and developers.
• Identify and track upcoming construction projects from the concept stage to execution.
• Increase product specifications with architects and consultants.
• Register the company with government departments, PSUs, and corporate procurement teams.
• Expand the dealer and channel partner network where applicable.
• Sales Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor order execution, dispatch, installation, and project completion.




• Support payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships etc.

Project Tracking
• Identify new projects through architects, consultants, builders, online tender portals, and market intelligence.
• Maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Track project progress from design to completion.

Government Business
• Identify government tenders and procurement opportunities.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Build relationships with government officials, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications and documentation requirements.

Architect & Consultant Liaison
• Conduct product presentations and technical seminars.
• Obtain product approvals and specifications.
• Regularly visit architectural and consultancy firms to strengthen relationships.
