Ecom Seller's Support is looking for an experienced Amazon PPC & Growth Manager to lead our advertising team, drive account growth, and take complete ownership of our Amazon operations.
We need more than a PPC expert. We need a strategic leader who can manage people, lead projects, identify growth opportunities, fix performance gaps, and scale multiple brands profitably, with minimal supervision.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor the PPC team to deliver consistent results
• Develop growth strategies for multiple Amazon accounts and brands
• Implement advanced PPC strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
• Analyze account performance, identify gaps, and build actionable improvement plans
• Drive sales growth, improve ROAS, optimize ACoS/TACoS,



and increase profitability
• Lead account reviews, project execution, and performance reporting
• Identify opportunities across advertising, catalog, conversion rate, and organic sales
• Take end-to-end ownership of team performance, account growth, and client results

✅ We're Looking For:
• Solid expertise in Amazon PPC, sales growth, and brand scaling
• Proven experience managing teams and multiple Amazon accounts
• Advanced knowledge of campaign structures, bid optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and full-funnel advertising
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• A proactive, accountable leader who takes ownership and delivers results without constant supervision
