Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Safety Engineer (Diploma) role based in Tumkur. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols across engineering and construction activities, including defense and space-related projects. Daily tasks include conducting safety inspections and risk assessments, supporting occupational health initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards. The role involves coordinating with project teams to identify hazards,



recommending preventive measures, and maintaining safety documentation and incident reports. The Safety Engineer will also deliver safety training and awareness programs, collaborate with security teams on site safety measures, and contribute to continuous improvement of safety processes.
Qualifications
• Robust foundation in Safety Engineering, with the ability to develop, implement, and review safety procedures and risk mitigation plans.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health principles, including workplace hazard identification, health surveillance, and compliance with occupational safety regulations.
• Understanding of Security practices as they relate to safety, including coordination with security teams to manage access control and incident response.
• Experience in delivering Training related to safety and health, such as toolbox talks, induction training, and periodic refresher
