The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused qualified to manage social events, including weddings, private celebrations, and bespoke décor experiences. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every project is delivered seamlessly from brief to execution.

What You’ll Do
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout projects.
• Understand client briefs and translate requirements into creative concepts and proposals.
• Coordinate with design, production, fabrication, and operations teams to develop and execute event plans.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, budgets, and event documentation.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, revisions, and client approvals.




• Coordinate vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and changes in scope.
• Ensure projects are delivered to client expectations while maintaining quality and profitability.

What You’ll Bring
• 4–6 years of experience in client servicing or event management, preferably within weddings, social events, décor, or experiential agencies.
• Strong project management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
• An eye for design, décor, and event aesthetics.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
