Roles and Responsibilities
• Research potential B2B clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Google Search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
• Identify relevant companies and prospects for TechCream's business development and GrowthAssist's marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain organized prospect databases using Google Sheets.
• Use Google X-ray search techniques to discover relevant public business profiles.




• Research company websites, industries, services, and business activities to assess prospect relevance.
• Verify available contact information and record accurate source URLs.
• Qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including industry, company size, location, job title, and business relevance.
• Identify duplicate or irrelevant records and maintain clean, accurate data.
• Coordinate with the outreach team to share qualified prospects for personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Prepare daily activity reports and weekly research summaries.
• Follow company data privacy policies and use approved research tools responsibly.

Skills Required
