Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for Matiyas Solutions’ ERP and digital transformation offerings.



The Business Development Executive will conduct client outreach, present solutions, participate in product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals. Daily activities include managing existing accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and preparing regular reports on sales activities and market feedback. The role also includes nurturing long-term client relationships, attending meetings and events as needed, and contributing insights to improve go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
• Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.
• Strong Business understanding, with the capability to interpret client needs and align them with ERP and digital transformation solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build qualified relationships.
