About the Role
We are looking for an organised and dependable Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for our Jewellery brand. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring accurate and timely order dispatch, and maintaining product quality throughout storage and handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inward stock, quality checks, SKU labelling, and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch of website and marketplace orders.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Process customer returns, exchanges, and returned shipments, checking products before restocking.
• Ensure jewellery is handled carefully and packed according to brand standards.
• Track stock discrepancies, damaged items,



and packaging supplies.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organised warehouse and supervise warehouse staff as required.

Requirements
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or e-commerce fulfilment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage daily order deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Excel and inventory or order management software.
• Valuable coordination and team management skills.
• Experience handling jewellery, fashion accessories, or other small products is an advantage.
