1. Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR & Recruitment Manager to manage the complete human resources function, including IT recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in recruiting IT professionals, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, ensuring statutory compliance, and developing effective HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Recruit IT professionals for various roles, including Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, Java Developers, .NET Developers, QA Engineers, DevO
