We are looking for a technically strong, commercially-minded Paid Media & Affiliates Specialist to join our entrepreneurial, innovative and rapidly growing global team. Working closely with our CMO, you will own Craze’s paid acquisition engine – planning, launching, optimising and scaling our paid media and affiliate channels to drive new player acquisition and first-time deposits (FTDs) across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
· Own the planning and delivery of Craze’s paid acquisition strategy with the CMO, driving current player acquisition and FTDs at target cost per FTD and ROI across our global markets.




· Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid social campaigns on platforms where gambling and crypto advertising is permitted.
· Plan, buy and optimise display, programmatic and native campaigns across gambling, crypto and other specialist high-risk-vertical ad networks and DSPs.
· Implement and scale additional paid channels to unlock new sources of FTD volume.
· Lead and grow Craze’s affiliate programme, working with our 3rd party partners to recruit, negotiate and manage CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deals with affiliates, media buyers and acquisition agencies.
· Monitor paid and affiliate traffic quality, working with Operations and our platform partners to identify and act on fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts and low-quality traffic.
