A growing HR consulting firm operating across India, we specialize in end-to-end talent acquisition, employer branding, and workforce strategy for mid to large enterprises. Our team partners with clients across IT, manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer sectors to build agile, high-performing teams aligned with business goals—all while maintaining a candidate-first, data-driven approach.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from JD creation to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and nurturing relationships with hiring stakeholders.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)



and report insights to optimize process efficiency.
• Represent the firm at job fairs, campus placements, and industry events to promote employer branding and attract top talent.
