Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin/Deployment Specialist with strong Salesforce Developer expertise to manage deployments, configuration, release activities and environment governance across our Salesforce ecosystem.



This role is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant and efficient release management across multiple clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Apttus CPQ/CLM.

• This position will work remote from home office, located in India.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Deployment & Release Management: Lead and execute deployments across all Salesforce environments using AutoRabit, ensuring accurate and timely releases. Manage sandbox strategy, refresh cycles and data preparation to maintain consistent and reliable environments. Perform detailed impact analysis and manage rollback plans when needed. Oversee version control, metadata alignment and release branching strategies to support parallel development streams. Ensure deployments follow change-management processes, maintain audit trails and comply with IT governance, SOX and GxP regulations.
