Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to build and manage our network of commercial real estate brokers, International Property Consultants (IPCs) and channel partners.The role will focus on generating qualified leads, driving site visits, converting opportunities into signed agreements and achieving occupancy and revenue targets across Beyond Work centres.The ideal candidate should have solid relationships within Hyderabad's commercial real estate ecosystem and experience in leasing, managed offices or flexible workspaces.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
● Generate qualified leads through channel partners for managed office and coworking requirements.
● Understand client requirements, including seat count, location, budget,



timelines and customization needs.
● Coordinate site visits, commercial proposals and negotiations with prospective clients.
● Work closely with the Head of Sales to convert opportunities into signed agreements.
● Drive occupancy and revenue growth across existing and upcoming centres.

Market Intelligence
● Track commercial leasing trends, competitor pricing, occupancy levels and upcoming office supply in Hyderabad.
● Identify emerging micro-markets and potential demand for managed office spaces.
● Gather feedback from brokers on client preferences, pricing expectations and market demand.
● Share market insights to support pricing, product positioning and expansion decisions.

Sales Reporting & Accountability
● Maintain an updated CRM with partner details, active leads, site visits and deal stages.
● Prepare weekly pipeline reports and monthly sales forecasts.
