About ClindermaClinderma is a tech-first teledermatology and prescription skincare company, incubated at IIT Madras. We've treated ~4,000 patients for acne and pigmentation — most of them came to us after nothing else worked.
We pair an AI skin system that learns each person's skin over time with real dermatologists and a human skin-coach layer. The goal: become the lifelong system of record for a person's skin, from acne to pigmentation to anti-aging.
Retention is strong — people stay once they're in. The problem we need solved is getting more of the right people in the door.

The roleYou'll own Clinderma's growth engine end to end — acquisition, brand and content — and build it into a repeatable machine. This is a founder-level seat, not a marketing-manager role: you set strategy, run experiments yourself, and lead the content and marketing team.

What you'll ownAcquisition (organic-first)
• Build and scale organic channels — Instagram Reels (Hindi/Hinglish), YouTube, SEO, WhatsApp, community and referrals
• Grow and optimise the free AI skin test as our main lead magnet, and the funnel from test → consult → paid plan
• Run partnerships and offline channels: creators, clinics, colleges, corporate wellness
• Set up paid acquisition when budget opens up, with compliance for prescription-adjacent skincare (Meta policy, ASCI, NMC, CCPA)

Brand and positioning
• Sharpen how Clinderma stands - dermatologist-grade care, skin health beyond acne
• Own the brand voice through the shift to a warmer, more playful tone
• Build a face for the brand that isn't the founders: doctors within compliance, UGC creators, patient stories

Content engine
• Set the content strategy, pillars and calendar; lead the marketing manager and video editor
• Turn 4,000+ patient journeys int
