Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing suitable courses based on their career goals, interests, and professional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, and career benefits.
• Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by providing appropriate guidance.
• Maintain student records, inquiry databases, and follow-up reports.




• Build positive relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Positive communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in education counselling, sales, or EdTech will be an advantage.
