What we need:

✅ 1.5+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads
✅ A proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS / CPL
✅ Fluent English and explicit communication with clients
✅ Ability to work independently and deliver without supervision
➕ SEO or website development experience is a bonus

What we expect from you:

? Accountability: You own your campaign numbers, good or bad. No excuses, only solutions.
? Responsibility: Your client accounts are your responsibility, from setup to optimization to reporting.
? Proactiveness: You spot problems before the client does and fix them.
? Commitment: Deadlines are met and updates are shared on time, every time.

? Work Mode: Remote (Vadodara candidates get priority)

? Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
