At Koncepts Lab, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist who understands what makes content work — from building strong campaign ideas to identifying trends and guiding video production teams to create engaging, high-performing content.
This role is for someone who can think beyond words, understand audience behaviour, develop creative strategies, and turn ideas into content that captures attention.

What You’ll Do:
• Campaign Ideation & Execution: Develop creative concepts, campaign strategies, and content ideas aligned with client objectives.
• Video Content Development: Build video concepts, hooks, storylines, and content structures that communicate the right message.
• Video Quality Control: Review videos before delivery to ensure creative quality, messaging accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with the original brief.
• Guide the Video Production Team: Provide explicit creative direction, references, feedback,



and execution guidelines to video editors and production teams.
• Trend & Virality Strategy: Identify emerging trends, viral formats, audience behaviour, and platform-specific opportunities to create engaging content.
• Creative Strategy Building: Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into actionable creative strategies.
• Copy & Content Review: Review scripts, captions, hooks, and on-screen text to ensure clarity, relevance, and consistency with the campaign strategy.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, social media content, and video-first marketing.
• Experience guiding video production or creative teams.
• Ability to identify trends and translate them into relevant, brand-focused content ideas.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTu
