The Opportunity
We aren't looking for intern-level coffee runners. We are looking for future leaders.
As a Management Intern in Operations, you will work directly with the leadership team to streamline processes, manage live e-auction pipelines, and optimize our day-to-day business workflows. This role comes with a direct pathway to a full-time job offer (PPO) based on your performance during the internship.

What You Will Do:
• Process Management:



Oversee and execute end-to-end e-auction operations and salvage management workflows.
• Coordination & Compliance: Liaise with clients, bidders, and internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, verification, and transition processes.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate operational trackers, analyze auction data, and assist in preparing valuation reports.
• Workflow Automation: Assist leadership in implementing and testing automated communication and operational step-by-step processes.

Who You Are:
• A recent graduate or final-year student pursuing an MBA, BBA, or a related degree with a keen interest in Operations Management.
• A problem solver with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and quick to adapt to new digital tools and platforms.
