Role Overview
We are looking for a technically capable and motivated Tax & Regulatory Review & Advisory Associate to work closely with our existing team of approximately 8–10 members. The role is not limited to routine filings. The selected candidate will review work prepared by the team, provide technical guidance, prepare or supervise necessary workings, identify issues, and ensure that assignments are completed accurately and within agreed timelines under the guidance of the Manager and Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities – Team Review, Guidance & Coordination
• Review GST, Income Tax, TDS, FEMA, and other compliance work prepared by Articles / Trainees.
• Check the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of workings, reconciliations, calculations,



and supporting documents.
• Provide technical guidance and clear instructions to team members to ensure assignments are completed correctly.
• Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and potential compliance risks in work prepared by the team.
• Prepare necessary workings personally or guide the team in preparing them, depending on the complexity of the assignment.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Follow up on pending information, review observations, and corrective actions.
• Support the Manager and Senior Manager in maintaining quality control over client assignments.

GST – Review, Technical Workings & Advisory Support
• Review GST returns and related workings prepared by the team, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns.
• Review GSTR-2B vs. purchase register, ITC reconciliation, books vs. GST retur
