Role Description The Blue Collar Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of blue collar positions. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads on relevant platforms, reviewing applications, conducting phone and video interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and partners. The recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines,



maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all applicants. This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, aligning hiring strategies with Psycheal’s values, and providing regular recruitment updates and analytics. The Blue Collar Recruiter will help uphold inclusive hiring practices and support Psycheal’s mission by connecting workers with opportunities in a supportive, people-centered way.
Qualifications
