Role Description The Real Estate Sales Team Leader is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading and mentoring a sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities, guiding agents on property sourcing, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.



The Team Leader will develop and implement sales strategies, track team performance, manage pipelines, and ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements. The role includes building strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners, providing high-quality consultation, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Team Leader will also collaborate with management on market insights, promotional initiatives, and continuous improvement of sales practices.
